Before the bail of Kuldeep Singh Sengar, the main accused in the Unnao Rape Case and former BJP MLA, new allegations have started in the case. It is alleged that as soon as Kuldeep Singh Sengar was released on bail in Unnao’s famous Makhi rape case, the conspiracy to eliminate witnesses and evidence has started. Survivor released the video alleging that Unnao district administration officials are involved in it.
Sanger’s Bail days reduced
On January 16, as soon as Sengar was granted anticipatory bail by the High Court, the survivor appealed to the Supreme Court by making a video viral, stating the threat to herself and the witnesses in her case, after which the survivor released the video alleging that CBI’s important Officers belonging to Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s home district Fatehpur have filed a fake case against witness journalist Virendra Kumar and threatened to demolish his house with bulldozers.
The survivor has also alleged that posting of so many officers from Kuldeep Sengar’s home district Fatehpur in Unnao at the same time, then the same officers trying to break the CBI witness in my case by threatening them, is not a coincidence but a well-planned conspiracy. . As soon as Kuldeep Sengar comes out, all these officers will systematically destroy all our witnesses and evidence.
Survivors say that therefore such officers should be immediately removed from Unnao and Kuldeep Sengar’s anticipatory bail should be reduced to just 2 days instead of 15 days.
The Delhi High Court on Friday, January 27, modified the order granting interim bail to Kuldeep Singh Sengar in connection with his daughter’s marriage. As directed by the High Court on January 16 – Kuldeep Singh Sengar was released on Friday morning as his interim bail. His bail was fixed from 27 January to 10 February.
A division bench headed by Justice Mukta Gupta modified the interim bail order saying that Sengar would have to surrender before the jail authorities on February 1 and would be allowed to leave the jail on February 6. The court directed that Sengar would have to surrender again on February 10. In this way the period of bail has been reduced to a few days.
