The Uttar Pradesh government (Yogi Govt) has started taking action against the close relatives of Atiq Ahmed, named in the Umesh Pal murder case. The illegal property of Khalid Zafar, a close aide of Atiq, is being demolished. During this, heavy police force is also deployed on the spot. Please tell that, it has been 6 days since the Umesh Pal murder case. Apart from this, the matter of security of Atiq Ahmed has now reached the Supreme Court.
According to the information, in this two-storey building in Chakia, Prayagraj, after the Umesh Pal murder case, the shooter had come to meet Atiq Ahmed’s wife Shaista and fled after meeting.

Illegal demolition without notice: lawyer
On the other hand, Zafar’s lawyer said that the house which is being demolished is not a benami property. Zafar Ahmed had bought this house with his own money. Just in front of the house is Shaista Parveen’s maiden. Shaista Parveen had rented Zafar’s house.
After this massacre till now one of the accused Arbaaz was killed in an encounter by the police. On the other hand, the police has arrested another accused Sadakat Khan, who has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
Atiq may have fake encounter, petition will be filed in Supreme Court
Meanwhile, the matter of Atiq Ahmed’s security has reached the Supreme Court. Atiq Ahmed will file a petition regarding security in the Supreme Court today. Atiq Ahmed’s lawyer Hanif will file this petition. According to the lawyer, the petition will be filed in the next 1 hour. Let us tell you that this petition will be filed to cancel the proposed transfer of Atiq Ahmed from Ahmedabad jail to UP jail. The lawyer says, “From the statement of some ministers of the UP government, it seems that he (Atiq Ahmed) can be fake encounter.”
