Famous Bollywood personality and famous film director Pradeep Sarkar is no more in this world. He died at the age of 68 at around 3.30 am on Friday, March 24.

Director Hansal Mehta himself confirmed this news by tweeting. He shared the photo of Pradeep Sarkar and wrote that he is no more in this world.

The Bollywood industry has also suffered a major setback due to the sudden demise of Pradeep Sarkar. According to the information, he was on dialysis and the level of potassium in the body had dropped significantly. However, what is the real reason for his death, it has not been officially confirmed yet.

Pradeep Sarkar has given brilliant films like ‘Lafange Parindey’, ‘Parineeta’, ‘Helicopter Eela’, ‘Laga Chunari Mein Daag: Journey of a Woman’, ‘Mardaani’ to Bollywood as a film director.

Pradeep Sarkar was known for his work

Pradeep Sarkar was soon going to bring a film on the age gap between parents and children. Before films, he also worked in the world of advertising for many years. In recent years, Pradeep Sarkar worked on mini-series and songs like ‘Neel Samandar’ (2019), ‘Forbidden Love’ (2020) and ‘Kaisi Paheli Zindagani’ (2021). He was not only counted among the top directors of Bollywood, but was also a great writer.

Celebs paid tribute

Actor Ajay Devgan also expressed grief over the demise of Pradeep Sarkar. He tweeted and wrote- “It is still difficult for some of us to believe the news of the demise of Pradeep Sarkar, ‘Dada’. My deepest condolences. My prayers are with the departed and his family. RIP Dada.”

According to the information, the last rites will be performed today at 4 pm at a cremation ground in Santacruz, Mumbai. Bollywood has got a big shock due to his death.
