Big news is coming out from Odisha. Health and Family Welfare Minister and Jharsuguda MLA Naba Kishore Das has been shot while on his way to a public meeting. His condition is said to be serious. Naba Kishore Das is undergoing treatment in the hospital. He had come to Brajrajnagar to attend a program.
According to reports, the incident took place at Gandhi Chowk in Brajrajnagar at around 12.15 pm. It is being told that a policeman fired about 4 to 5 rounds, in which the Health Minister was shot in the chest. Naba Kishore’s condition is said to be serious.
Naba Kishore is undergoing treatment in the hospital. There was a stir at the venue after the incident. The police have taken the accused policeman into custody. However, the exact reason behind the deadly attack on the Health Minister is not yet clear.
