Governor Marina del Pilar formalized a educational insight with representatives of the Republic of Cubawhich has the objective of strengthening university education and opening up new opportunities to improve learning plans, academic exchangeamong other benefits.

Thus was the meeting in Baja California to strengthen the educational links

Present at this meeting was the vice-minister of Higher Education of Cuba, Alicia Roberta Alonso Becerraas well as the rector of the Technological University of Havana, Martha Dunia Delgadothe rector of the University of Matanzas, Leyda Finale de la Cruz and the International Relations officer of the Cuban government, Boris Pena Fortes.
