The post-mortem report has come to the fore in the case of the death of a 20-year-old girl in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area. IPC sections related to sexual harassment and rape have also not been added in the FIR filed against the five accused. He has been charged with ‘culpable homicide not amounting to murder’, negligent driving and causing death by negligence.
According to the statement issued by Special CP Law and Order, Delhi Sagar Preet Hooda, the final report of the postmortem will be received by the police soon. Meanwhile, further investigation is being done in the matter.
