The post-mortem report has come to the fore in the case of the death of a 20-year-old girl in Delhi’s Kanjhawala area. According to the report, no signs of sexual assault have been found with the girl. This report received by the Delhi Police states that all the injuries found on the victim’s body were due to high force injuries – possibly due to the vehicle accident and being dragged.

Let us inform that the postmortem report done by a board of doctors at Maulana Azad Medical College was handed over to the police today. According to the report, the findings so far have found that before death, the victim suffered injuries to her head, spine, left femur, both lower limbs which caused shock/shock, bleeding and death.

IPC sections related to sexual harassment and rape have also not been added in the FIR filed against the five accused. He has been charged with ‘culpable homicide not amounting to murder’, negligent driving and causing death by negligence.

According to the statement issued by Special CP Law and Order, Delhi Sagar Preet Hooda, the final report of the postmortem will be received by the police soon. Meanwhile, further investigation is being done in the matter.

Police found eyewitness, was present with the victim at the time of the accident

The police have said that a new fact has come to light in the Sultanpuri incident, according to which there was another girl with the deceased at the time of the incident. Special CP Law & Order, Delhi Sagar Preet Hooda told that, “There was another girl with the deceased at the time of the incident. According to her, she was there at the time of the incident and she was not hurt and she got up and left. Now we have an eyewitness.”

She told that she is cooperating with the police, her statement is being taken. This will prove important in getting the accused punished, investigation is on. 

The Delhi government will give a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased.

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has informed by tweeting that the Delhi government will give a compensation of Rs 10 lakh to the family of the deceased. He wrote in his tweet that “Talked to the victim’s mother. Will get justice for the daughter. Will field the biggest lawyer. Her mother remains ill. Will get her complete treatment. The government will give compensation of ten lakh rupees to the victim’s family.” Is with K’s family. If there is any need in future also, we will fulfill it.”
