In Mubarakpur village of Manjhi police station area of Saran, Bihar, tension between the two sides has been at its peak for the last few days. Here, after the murder of a young man, angry people set fire to the poultry farm and vehicles of the head representative and ransacked the house. Amid rising tension, the police of many police stations have to set up camps here. This matter has now taken the form of tension between the two castes and to control the situation, Section 144 has been imposed in the village. Along with this, 23 social sites including WhatsApp, Facebook have been closed till February 8 in Saran district.

What is the whole matter?

The case has started from last Thursday, January 2. It is alleged that some youths opened fire after reaching the farmhouse of chief husband Vijay Yadav. After this, 3 youths were taken hostage in the farm house on Thursday evening on the charge of firing. A video surfaced in which it was seen that the three youths were beaten up by tying their hands and legs. One youth died in this while the condition of two is critical. He is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Patna.

The youths were beaten, one of whom has died. The deceased youth was Amitesh Kumar Singh, son of local resident Jaiprakash Singh. Seriously injured 22-year-old son of Sanjay Singh, Rahul Kumar Singh and 25-year-old son of Uday Narayan Singh, Alok Kumar Singh alias Vicky were referred to PMCH for better treatment. Where his treatment is going on.

The police had filed a case against 5 named accused in this case, out of which they arrested 3 of them. However, the anger of the angry people erupted due to the beating and death of the youth.

After the incident, there was tension in the village. After this, on Sunday, February 5, some people raided the house of local headman husband Vijay Yadav. It is alleged that during this time the angry people set fire to Vijay Yadav’s chicken farm and other vehicles including the tractor outside the house and vandalized the house.

Police had to run in front of angry people

After the incident, there was chaos in the village. At the same time, the station head reached the spot with the force, but the police had to run in front of the angry people. After this the situation was informed to Police Captain Gaurav Mangla. As soon as the information was received, the SP team left for the spot with the force. Several fire engines also reached the spot with the help of which efforts were made to control the fire. At present, the police of many police stations have reached the spot and are camping.

What did SP say?

Saran SP Gaurav Mangla, who reached the spot, told that the matter has deteriorated after the murder of a youth. At present the situation is completely under control. He said that taking prompt action, the police have arrested 3 accused in the case and the police is conducting raids to arrest the other accused. He said that the culprits will not be spared under any circumstances. He appealed to the villagers to maintain peace. Police is doing its work. No guilty will be spared.

In Saran, 23 social sites including WhatsApp, Facebook have been closed till February 8.
